Award for Indian JUWI employee

JUWI employee is honored at the Women in New Energy Leadership Award 2022.

It is not every day that you receive such an award: Our Indian JUWI employee Dhanalaxmi Shankar is one of the women honored at the Women in New Energy Leadership Award 2022. At a virtual award ceremony on March 7, she was honored as Admin & Facility Leader of the Year in the Asia-Pacific region. Dhanalaxmi joined JUWI India's O&M division in 2018 and, with her team, manages a 135-megawatt solar farm for international energy company Vena Energy. The electronics and instrumentation engineer received the award for, among other things, increasing plant performance through systematic monitoring, continuous optimization , cost saving measures and rapid troubleshooting. Her training measures, both in technical terms and with regard to HSSE, were also recognized. We warmly congratulate Dhanalaxmi on this award.
